On ne peut pas jouer en local sur Mario Kart 3DS avec des consoles et des jeux étrangers, en fait faut passer par le jeu en ligne si on veut jouer avec des amis qui ont une console US ou japonaise :
As we've reported it a half year ago, 3DS's Download Play feature was confirmed as region locked, and we were the first to come with this.
However, we've finally got the opportunity to test the 3DS's Local Wireless feature too: Region Locked!
I took a photo of this below, with on the left being the Japanese 3DS with Japanese Mario Kart 7 inserted, on the right being the European 3DS with European Mario Kart 7 inserted, and a Japanese 3DS without a game inserted between them.
As you can see, the Japanese MK7 is hosting a group, the other Japanese 3DS recognizes it, and gets added to the Japanese MK7.
However, the European MK7 doesn't recognize any of the 2, and ignores both 3DS's.
